But you know I do not need permission  cause I can build it on the Business park side and use the 1977 laws.

Then file a complaint that with county , Stating safety laws concerning  there need to be lighting in the area and the ditch is so deep that it needs a cross over to keep Painter safe !

So we will just see who gets arrested heh heh heh

I'm not sure the FEDs would allow that !

And being he was only getting a thousand a week , it just doesn't add up to your figure.

Less we forget some of the salaries for the officers had to come from it as well.

But I can assure you the shell game was played well !

Only $90,000.00 of it went to Mr. Ryan.

TBYM ---  why it was not the delaware league of ciities that provided the funds for that trip.    Each member town that has a police dept benefitted from the police grants.

TBYM ---- I beleive that it was Vann and or Powell who wrote the grant for money becausr Ryan had no clue how to do that!!!    Him and Peter simply ate lunch at taxpayer expense that day, because the senators did not need persuaded.

Is there a reason the town budget does not include "over $100,000" in federal funding for the town police?   Besides, Ryan and Diakos could have met the 2 senators at the train station in wilmington for that chat.

Somebody on the Apache Junction topic of the Arizona forum has made a suggestion that they and Cheswold DE exchange mayor and council people. They suggested that the residents of Cheswold will pay the airfare to send the Cheswold delegation out there. Is this something that is under consideration, and why has it been kept secret?
