But some time back I saw that ryan had a code enforcement badge and he was not a code enforcer for Cheswold or any other town. I'm wondering if he gave it back along with his PI badge since he no longer has a need for them?
I wouldn't want any charges brought against him for impersonating any thing he is not.
He is so close yet so far away from his 1/2 mill that it could harm his chances.

Some ordinance needs to be put in place before hand, but all has for gotten it was not the candy man who started the process and made promise to Dixon.
Town hall records will show it started in 2005 , again promises made if broken will cause more laws suits.
But the planning commission can set the rules, and I doubt that this council will go against them as it had in past years.
Though the bucks look good this commission has safely in mind as well.
back road ways where safety vehicles and trash vehicles( ally ways ) can travel.
Thus cutting down amounts of units

I predict our candyman mayor and council will allow Saratoga development to run right over the town leaders (loosly used) and build for their own benefit and not Cheswold's benefit. Cheswold will be left to pay for all this when Dixon leaves with his money.

| You know Watergate and the rest of them White House scandals have nothing on Cheswold . No matter how many reporters tried to break in the town files , the would need to set up a covert action team and do a sweep, they are spread though out the town or they were made up as needed,
