Now I have to defend ryan here !
He helped invent the paid position that only he was qualified for.
He help get it through congress knowing that no one else would take such low paying job that wasn't going to be offered to any one but him any how.
He help with his own contract of employment while he was on council and made sure it was agreed a pond by council ( did I for get to mention he was on council )
And he put him self above all other bills in the town to ensure his pay check.
He work out away to get his pay raises for five years
He worked for his benefit
So Kudos to him
How can a man who is so intelligent not see how wrong he was and is

But how to you feel about someone doing a private investigation on some of your council trying to dig up dirt to force you to have a special election or have 2 of the three that lost in March to replace them?
How do you feel about the very same person that received funds going behind the backs of the taxpayer using what they did wrong laying the blame on others to into a position of coming back on council ?
The town has two cards to play and should not worry about timing.
Most of all it will show the Tax payers of your town new and old what really went on in the past.
