| Hey guys come out and support your local team Friday at Clewiston. We both have the same record (7-2) and Clewiston is our rival . We beat them last year and this is a great chance for the Brahmans to beat them for the 2nd year in a row. Which to my knowledge has never happened.

Okeechobee did make the playoffs for the 2nd year in a row but they will not have a home playoff game. They will have to play William T. Dwyer high school in Palm Beach Gardens. Dwyer will be the best team Okeechobee has played all year. They are 8-1 and I believe they are ranked 3rd in 4A. Okeecobee has one more regular season against their rivals Clewiston this Friday. That game is at Clewiston and starts at 7 or 7:30.

| Yes... 44-14 I believe... Lonnie rushed for over 200 yds. and broke 2000 for the season and they even had a defense for once. Coaches looked exceptional on the side lines in the black attire...

Well there is no game this week but next Thursday at 7:00 PM Okeechobee(5-1, 2-0) have their biggest game to date so far against Ft. Pierce Westwood(5-1, 2-0) . If the Brahmans win this one they are in the driver seat to win their first outright district title . So lets go out and support them next week and how do you guys think they will do?

I heard it was a good game. Congratulations to the players, keep up the good work.
I heard the nick-names at a game and had to laugh. Probably shouldn't have posted them.

It's amazing that T-Bone has no posts this morning maybe for once he went to the game and has nothing or no one to criticize--Amazing isn't it??
To the players and coaches- Congratulations last night was amazing!! Even though big bull and I had to listen to it on the radio since he is not allowed to go out to "play" yet.
To the O-line- Your were awesome last night we knew you could do it, I told you Kyle McGee that I was very superstitious and I will continue to listen to the radio, you made big bull proud!!
To "The Future"- you just get better and better each week!! What color this week?

Had to listen on the radio tonight a little under the weather. Charles and Marvin are very entertaining to listen to on the air.
Great game Offensive Line tonight. You guys are starting to play as expected. Lonnie and Garrett have plenty of time to make their decisions and it is sure paying off. Think back during the summer and you didn't want to go to the weightroom. I bet your glad you made that sacrifice now. Keep working . These next two weeks will determine alot.

Great game tonight on both sides of the ball. I had to wait out the lightning delay but it was worth it. Seemed like we stayed way ahead of the cobras strategy wise because of the nice pants.

At this point I have to agree with JR and Nut. This seems to be a personal grievance. If you have a problem go to the source and deal with it.
I am personally quite happy with the way things are going right now. I'm even going to the game tomorrow. There must be some coaching going on, I doubt that the players could just go out there and make up plays. ANYWAY
GOOD LUCK TOMORROW TEAM I'LL BE THERE.

Congratulations to the Okeechobee players, keep on winning. Hope I don't have to work Friday, I'll be there. Listened to some of the game on the radio, sounded like an offensive game. The way both teams scored some defensive work needs to be done on both sides. Like any game, it can go either way, sounded like OHS got the breaks. Good, about time things went our way.

OKEECHOBEE — Lonnie Pryor's fifth touchdown run, a 61-yarder with 5:14 to play Friday night, helped Okeechobee finally put away Class 1A Glades Day 49-41 at Brahmans Stadium.
Pryor finished with a school-record 357 yards, breaking the mark of 302 he set against the Gators a year ago. He also scored on runs of 1, 80, 69 and 23 yards.
After Okeechobee was shut down on its first possession, Glades Day scored on a 1-yard touchdown plunge by Kelvin Taylor. The Brahmans would trade scores for the rest of the first half and go into the locker room tied at 28.
The second half was more of the same as both teams continued trading scores. The big break of the game came after Taylor scored on a 37-yard touchdown run and Glades Day missed the ensuing extra point attempt by Bo Schlechter.
Okeechobee would seal the win on Pryor's run with only 5:14 to play.
The Brahmans (4-1) won their fourth consecutive game after opening with a 40-18 loss to top-ranked Class 1B Jupiter Christian.
KEY PLAYS
Glades Day wide receiver De-Andres Jackson gave the Brahmans nightmares all night with 173 yards on 15 carries. All of Jackson's carries came out of the "wild hog" formation.
Pryor had his second 300-yard game against Glades Day. He had 302 a year ago.
Okeechobee quarterback Garrett Madrigal ran for one touchdown and threw a 39-yard touchdown pass to Nate Pollard with 7:56 to go to put the Brahmans ahead for good.
WHAT THEY SAID
"It felt great to win tonight. The offensive line and the wide receivers blocked great," Pryor said.
"This was the best game I have ever been a part of. Our guys have bought into a team concept and I believe we have great things ahead of us," said Okeechobee head coach Chris Branham after the game.
ON THE RUN
• Lonnie Pryor now has 1,109 yards and 12 touchdown this season. It's his third 1,000-yard season.
• For his career, Pryor has rushed for 3,895 yards and 40 touchdowns

omg. That was the best high school game I have ever seen and one of the best games I have ever seen period. There was a ton of action on offense and the defense held strong when it was most important in at the end of the game.

Okay, BIG game this week folks and it would be nice to get a solid turnout. All of you on here spread the word. You know there is nothing better to do in this town on a Friday night so don't make any excuses, bring your parents and your grandparents, I don't want to see an empty seat. and for the people standing along side the fence find the stands and make some noise. It would be nice to See the 'BLEACHER CREATURES" get into it so parents or non students please don't sit in the student section i know you all can read the sign posted. "STUDENTS ONLY".
GO BRAHMANS!!!

SEBASTIAN — Okeechobee running back Lonnie Pryor has been waiting for a breakout game this season, and it came in a 30-14 win at Sebastian River Friday night.
Pryor rushed for 270 yards and a touchdown on 31 carries, to go along with a 21-yard TD reception.
"It feels good," Pryor said. "Me and (assistant) coach (Ty) Smith talked about it this week, and he said, 'Lonnie, you had a lot of big games for us last year, but you haven't had that 200-yard game for us yet this season. We need that.'
"I guess I came out and did it tonight."
The offensive line played its part, too, helping Okeechobee (3-1) rack up 428 yards on offense, with quarterback Garrett Madrigal completing 11-of-20 passes for 163 yards and three touchdowns. Meanwhile, the defense limited Sebastian River to 133 total offensive yards.
Sebastian River (1-3) had good field position through the first half, but wasn't able to take advantage until late in the second quarter.
Sebastian River's Cortez Ash blocked Alan Najera's punt at the Okeechobee 40 with 2:16 left in the half, and Calvin Christian recovered it at the 6 to set up a Fred Macon touchdown on the next play.
"Special teams is going to get us if we don't fix it, but overall, our offense and defense is getting better every week," Okeechobee coach Chris Branham said.
Macon's touchdown cut Okeechobee's lead to 10-6, but Pryor broke loose for a 58-yard run on the Brahmans' next series and two plays later he scored from 5 yards out with 1:09 left in the first half.
Pryor had 148 yards rushing at halftime.
"Good teams are going to answer," Sebastian River coach Randy Bethel said. "We're not at the point where we are going to make those kinds of plays."
Okeechobee held a 30-6 lead before Sebastian River scored with 52 seconds left in the game.
