now that is interesting, cops, drug dealers, alcohol, and a wet T shirt contest?
In Okeechobee? My Mother will make me move to another town if she thinks all this is going on here. The worst she believes is going on is aligators in our yard.

If you want nudity, go to a strip club. Oh, and pay close attention to the element that those places tend to attract.
So what you're saying is that the cops used selective enforcement and went to the wet T-shirt contest instead of where the known drug dealers were.
ok, let me spell it out nice and easy for you poops, YOU are talking about selective enforcement. what i mean by that is you want the police to pick and choose which laws to enforce and turn a blind eye to the others. it is against the law for drunk uglies to strip naked in a bar unless it is a strip club. the police enforced that law.

Yes, that's how it is in New Orleans. (For some reason I was reading about people who were arrested during Mardi Gras a couple of years ago.) They can show their ta-ta's, but when they show their "under-regions," they get arrested. Women and men both.

I know, when we went to Archies to take photos my husband thanked me for the invitation for him to come along. I propped him up, right in the front by the stage.
But it was tame in comparison to this event here in Okee.

| Maybe the cops were there for something else and then saw the nudity. Is it possible that they might suspect both drug transactions and wet t-shirts might be in the same place?

The only people who get offended over nudity are usually those who should not be seen nude. IMHO you hit the nail on the head.
Back in the 70s we had a strip club. The news paper took pictures of partons and printed them. It soon closed. Then again a few years ago it was tried again. Again it was closed. It was under constant survalence by the OCSD till they found some thing. Many say they put under covers and informants in there to propostion the dancers till some did comply enough to rico act the place.
Sex is a sin in Okeechobee.
I believe the under covers in this case where cheering them on so they could make arrest.

Not show your boobs and act like a piece of trash contest. In Okeechobee we do not condone nudity. Never have, hopefully never will. If I want to see naked I will go home.
That's Right!!!! If God meant for people to run around naked we'd be born without clothes

They were arrested for nudity, not drunkeness.

| I agree with you. But why were only customers the customers arrested? The bar and owners allowed and encouraged it to happen without stopping it!
