Last on this subject from me
Police Agencies , Congress and Family Services need to stop giving out mix signals.
If parents who have no say in their children's rights to have birth control according to Health officials then why do those same officials say that they want to protect the child if they find who they are sexually active with so they insist the family file charges
Delaware ranks 11 in teen pregnancy in 2005

No sure if they need a shrink or not.
I did open some of the links and I out a lot more then I knew. The words sex offender, incest, rape ect..... are taboo in most people's eyes but reading some of those sites and post I'm beginning to wonder who are guilty and innocent .
http://sexoffenderissues.blogspot.com/2009/04/de-hb-136-takes-aim-at-repeat-sex.html
This is what laws I found for Delaware.
I'm all about protection of our children
Someone once said :I would rather have 12 guilty set free then one innocent sent to jail ,had no ideal that sex offender laws would confused so many.

| Have you figured out that no one is opening your incessant links and endless babble about alleged sex offenders. I think you should see a shrink.

I just found out that when Delaware courts and probation order sex offenders to take classes and orders them to not be around minors , The Courts and Probation departments allows minors in the same buildings at the same time of the classes for the sex offenders
Can you say entrapment ?
If you don't attend the classes you are in violation if you do attended the classes your in violation
Apples and Oranges I think not !
Setting people up to fail.
The sex offender rules and laws need to be amended , the punishment needs to fit the crime .
One on one basest , Romeo and Julie laws need to be considered in Delaware

Mommy I kissed her , at 7 years of age Tommy will spend the rest of his life on Delaware sex offenders registry.
Billy and Bonnie age 18 and 14 ( in love one week one finds someone else to love
a spat or a feud ( someone spends the rest of their on the registry
I killed the b**ch and did my time , out in 15 years Dan is free and doesn't have to let his neighbors know a thing .
How can this be?
No one knows but it is not just going on in Delaware

I never thought about that Fred, I guess when i was in school many moons ago my Gym Coach should have been convicted for telling us boys that we had to take showers together.
The ones I would like to see convicted for sexual offence would be those want to be thugs who show their boxers cause the want some to see the asses all summer long
Judge Joe Brown states that the ones who do that are looking to be someones wife in prisons.

Because it makes us uncomfortable to talk about, and there is no one single reason that such things occur.
Kids take pictures of themselves with the ever present cell phone, and quite frankly, are the equivalent of "de-pantsing" or streaking of the past...but with a permanent image. If a teacher takes a picture of a shower locker room full of kids, it is child porn, but if a kid does it......what do you call it? it goes to intent, of course, but do you treat the incident the same way?

Why does this topic always get thrown under the rug.
Closing your eyes will not make it go away , it is happening now in Delaware and the law makers need to change things. To many good people lives are taken from them because of the state laws cattle herding.
it's almost like the putting children in mental institutions who had down syndrome back in the early 1900s
Not knowing how to deal with the issue or refusing to see the light.

I feel the same about my children as well
But some of these 14 to 20 year old are being unjustly treated , and that is a also a form of child welfare endangerment.
Some are entrapment cases if you think about it, we supply the girls with the drug and then we convict her parter for having safe sex with her consent to preform the act .
It's ok I'm on birth control
it's ok my parents aren't here

Maybe they need to justify paying someone to enforce them. You know how we just NEED those state employees in all their glorious splendor. Can't survive without them.
On the flip side of that, I'm not taking any chances with my kids. You know, If it walks like a duck...

In a earlier topic DNA said there were 5000 offenders in Delaware , so i decided to check it out .
I was inform by SBI there 3500 register offenders , but even they say there are many that do not belong on the list , But the laws are laws .
one even said that some politicians used the child card like some in the NAACP used the race card.
They understand protecting from sex offenders but many are on there because of family feud , broken heart and divorces ect.....
And just out of spite.
And yes it is true that we pay for birth control for girls as young as 12 and 13
we provide provocatives , pill and shots ect.....
Foster kids get more abortion and we pay . So why does Delaware have these confusing laws

Delaware claims to have 3500 sex offender, but are all them guilty ?
This month there will be some you know affected by the law for sex offender and some of the stories are not setting right.
The name sex offender make people think the worst of the person who is accused.
Even probation officers can't treat them with respect ( they have the image of demented people ) and treat them as dogs
They can't live or work in a place with out people being told . Good ideal you say , cause you need to know to protect your family
Question this How many murders that have been released and drug dealer are you notified about in your neighborhood? Don't you need to protect your family from these too?
But you are notified about a 18 year charge with sleeping with his 15 year girl friend.
The offenders can't find a job , so they have to live off the state , they can't always find a home so they have live off the state
Rules and laws need to be change for the crime and stop herding all the cattle together. brand them appropriately.
there should be 2 year 5 year 7 year 10 year 15 year life registry : Any one who has been arrested and placed on tier 1 or 2 should be given a chance at life
Anyone arrested for the offence should sign cause the state say they have too
Delaware also needs to consider ROMEO / JULIET LAWS.
