There was never a lawsuit filed that I did not try to reason with Joel Stern except this very last action filed this week . I had no choice on this last issue do to the type of case it is.

I pay as well thousands of dollars I can no more afford than anyone else. The City has caused many actions due to shenanigans (ex unlawfully advertised election in march)

I really think you should examine court actions over the years see who went to court first!

I'm wondering if Elliot would like to be one of the "celebrities" featured in the tank.. :D

Come on it'll be fun!!

Mr. Fisher, I am pretty new to the blogs ,but I have gone thru all of them and read so as to bring myself up to par on who is who and what the community is about and why. In reading thru them I have read many disrespectful comments said to you and about you , and waited for your response and with out fail you always responded, and again I continued to give you the benefit of  doubt as to what was being said about yourself and your involvement in the political arena. I have read where you say you care about the city of Apache Junction and its residents and are working to make it better for everyone. This being the case then how in the name of ------ can you continue to file lawsuits against a city in these economic times for no valid reason in a city you are supposed to care about ? Is this helping  the community ? the Residents? Who is this wasted  time, energy and disruption helping? As a Resident please help me no more, I can not afford your help. Apparently your help has cost the city a great deal , monies that could have gone elsewhere and been a benefit to all ! You seem to stand so proudly and say you care, I think not, what you care about is Mr. Fisher. Putting you anywhere close to an elected office is an extremely scary thought. Therefore Mr. Fisher you have lost another vote should you try to run on any agenda for anything. In reading your blog responses to me its a debate and you lost.

But Still

Respectfully

Gina

Elliot,

Then why isn't every council member a defendant?

In the election action now in the court of appeals Serdy was named because the council as a whole canvassed the vote in March.

In the Kathy Connelly action my Counsel Mark Tynan filed the action. I have not seen the final draft.

Elliot in advising citizens about these lawsuits can you clarify why Councilman Jeff Serdy is a defendant listed in your suit ..

and why Ms. Connelly is now a defendant also?

Mr Fisher, Truth, not rubbish. Another frivolous lawsuit? Another one of many reasons not to ever consider voting for you.
