what if pharmacists and physicians and barbers decided not to serve homosexuals...or hispanics or asians or Jews or Catholics? Guess you weren't living in the US in the 60's.

On a more serious (and adult) note, has anyone heard that BHO is planning on doing away with the "Conscience Protection Act" next week? It is the law that allows those who have a fundamental belief system that is against abortion and related birth control issues, i.e. Catholics, and most religions, pro-lifer advocates against killing babies to not be forced into such acts.
So by doing away with this law, it means if a woman decides she wants to have an abortion, she can demand it in a Catholic hospital as an example. She can force those who do not believe in killing babies to do so. She can force Pharmacists who do not believe in the morning after pill or contraceptives of any kind to provide them against their will.
Ok, so far to date it's been all about the WOMEN's RIGHT TO CHOOSE, how is it all of a sudden okay then to Refuse that same right to those who object fundamentally in FORCING them to provide services that kills babies???
But that's our good old Liberal President, first he votes against two bills that would provide medical care for babies born alive from a botched abortion letting them die "Born Alive Act" and now is taking away those precious rights the left keep screaming about from those who are morally against such killing.
Double speak. What about their voice? I guess it's only libs who get heard huh?

I've been going to Bruce's concert since the 70's - I think the first time I saw him was 1974 and go to every concert I can, even went to the one that moveon.org was involved in - I guess music supersedes politics (I just didn't buy into the politics part and just enjoyed the music).

Probably one of the few times we will agree - it was a great concert. He probably puts on one of the best shows I have ever seen. If you haven't seen Prince, his shows are amazing as well.

Interesting take though: you pounded me for wanting McCain, now you're accusing me of voting in our elected president. Now that's unique. Kind of thinking this blog site is too much for you -- you don't ever remember anything you've said to folks and it's up to us to go hunting for it but then that's the whole concept of why you post the way you do; spin away........... Unless I've a lot of time to waste, I'm not playing that game. Talk about hitting the nail on the head Mama. Don't bother looking up the mistakes. When you point them out they are immediately ignored or twisted into some new mishmash that the original lie just gets bigger. Plus when all else fails distract attention and accuse us of being the same person. LOL Duck and cover...
I don't recall EVER "accusing" of voting for BHO or McCain, I voted for McCain so why would I "pound" you for doing the same thing I did if you did indeed do that? I don't know who you voted for. My statement was a general statement, somebody voted him in didn't they? They should be really proud of themselves for electing somebody that is turning our Country into Europe and allowing them to dictate to us. So if the shoe fits mama, wear it proudly.
I do recall not wanting McCain to be the nominee and you and I had a couple of go arounds on that issue which of course I turned out to be right, he was the worst possible candidate we could have put forth, but come on mama...pounding? Hardly.
There's no game. When I say you and yours continue to accuse me of posting lies, I'm not saying go back and research my "lies", if everything I post are lies, then you should call me on them at the time I post them with the true facts but instead you just do the throw the bomb and run thing. Better yet, just look at the last one I posted .....since they are all lies. That's not too difficult if it were true, but then you just proved that it isn't true because you said yourself, you don't have that kind of time. Thanks.
If you aren't one and the same, then you are very closely related because you can hardly tell where one begins and the other finishes but don't misunderstand, I can play the game.
First, this comment: They should be really proud of themselves for electing somebody that is turning our Country into Europe and allowing them to dictate to us. So if the shoe fits mama, wear it proudly. No raz, I don't like our country being turned into Europe. I didn't like what happened to Chrysler when Daimler took it over and no, I don't like the way Chrysler is being told to be taken over by Fiat. And no, I don't like the way Cerberus has done the same thing to the company that Daimler did, now picking the leftovers. And I don't like the way the Unions are being downgraded and their demise is being anticipated and I certainly don't like when members of my party and members of my legislation have the nerve to tell Union leaders that they are what's wrong with the country. Unions protect the people and the people right now need protecting. So raz, am I one way or the other? NO. I'm in the middle which means nothing to you. Do you know that I said "raz" so many times in the previous 'cause I'll tell you, since I'm not sure who you are yet, I had put "it". Would you rather be called "it" or raz? You tell me and this is one thing I promise: I'll call you one or the other but quit your b**ching when I do address you as one or the other. Be sure to let me know, OK?
No game? Oh yes you are instigating and playing 'cause raz or "it" you're starting to pick with the chickens and guess what....we can play back. Lies? How about spins? Do you like that better? Just like "it" or raz.

I go after those who are making decisions for us and in some cases, life and death decisions. If they happen to be Democrats then so be it. I'm not overly fond of some of the Republicans who are making similar decisions and have said so. I don't want these nutcakes making decisions that impact my life. So?
You however and your "friends" and "voices" all go after the innocent. Joe "The Plumber" didn't do anything to anyone. He didn't. What did he do that deserved such ire and hatred from all of you, what did he do that he deserved the government checking his background and his personal life? If that had been reversed and a Republican had gone after a private citizen like the Dems did, you would have been screaming bloody murder and you know it and rightfully so. But instead of using some common sense and say, hey, he's entitled to his opinion, you jumped on that band wagon and you hate him too and you don't even know why. You weren't able to give me any reason for that vitriolic hatred you exhibit but the left wing blog sites tell you that's what you are supposed to do so you have at it forever.
Once you decide they are your enemy (you don't know why but they are) you are relentless. What you have done and continue to do with the Palin family is nothing short of sadistic. Yet somehow you justify it in your minds because she has a completely different view on abortion than you do. How scary is that? She can't change the law, she just lives her life according to her beliefs and you hate her so much it spills over onto her innocent children. That's shameful but it's also NUTS. I think it's a sickness really. I don't hate the Obama's, I don't hate any of them. But what I do hate is the fact they are CHANGING our country into something that we were never meant to be, a European Society. It makes me want to puke at the very thought of it.

You mean "their new leader" right? Uhhh yeah, how did you guess!!! Just like Sean Penn is your new leader...
Can you please explain to all of out here why liberals instantly hate anyone who disagrees with them or just for being Republican? I'm always amazed by that. You don't just disagee with them, or dislike them, you literally have a deep vitriolic hatred for them. Poor Joe is just a regular guy who had a conversation with BHO on his own street one day and BAM, run him over with a mack truck -- he's evil, he's stupid, he's a liar, he's the worst piece of crap to walk the earth in an upright position and now he has the gall to write a book. GEEZ, when will the madness stop???
Do you see how ridiculous you sound? Why do they frighten you so?? I wish you would explain this phenomenon to us.
See there you go again, I am so flattered. Anyway ask yourself the same question. Not one person from the Democratic (or Independent or Green or Any) party has had one nice comment from you and you attack each and everyone that comes up. I think every thread speaks for itself on that answer for you...
Now as for sounding ridiculous your doing a bang up job there chief. Keep working the spell check for me. It shows you do not one good or true answer so you go after spelling..... By the way check your own spelling first before checking others... Thats embarrassing.

Why? Actually, you should start a list of Republican or conservative entertainers. There'd be far less work for you to do. Verrry unfair, mama...DM and Raz are entertaining..well, somewhat entertaining...well, OK, they're just annoying.

Great answer LLL! You're right again! I guess I need to just post and respond if/how I feel is right and not bother answering raz's questions, just like he really doesn't answer but rather embraces "spinnism". Let's see, what was that famous line in Clear and Present Danger, "the old Potomic Two Step" or something to that nature; raz spins and spins and spins so the answer comes out where raz believes its' reponse to be the truth and of course, always tilts and insinuates where the responder looks like the "bad guy". I mean, I really hope people see through the smuz, but who knows? I've always tried to be up front and forthright, and in regards to raz, it no longers matter! Whoa mama/luci, who is stalking who?? Mama/luci just named me five times in one short post. Hmmm. Just a little scary. But maybe it is me who should be "flattered". Not so much.

Do me a favor, since you are so quick to say how I and others on here just post lies after lies, let's hear about those lies. How is it my fault that your dream boat is an utter and complete screw up?? I didn't tell him to go to the G20 and bash America, maybe it's him you're really mad at. If you aren't, you should be.
I am really angry about how he treated and talked about America to those people, we don't deserve that treatment, we deserve a President who loves America and will always stand up for her. That might be his view on America but it certainly isn't most people's. America does more for around the World than all of them put together, that is what he should have been saying, not how ARROGANT America has been. He's the Arrogant one and not a very bright one at that. Barack Hussein Obama missed those chapters of history while he was attending his Muslim school that hated America. As an adult, he's been too busy partying. BHO is a scammer and a college boy who only knows how to rev people up for a cause. He's no leader and he's an embarassment. He needs to go back to being a Community Organizer, I'm sure he will find plenty of folks who will lick his boots there, but hey, there are several on this blog that would fight for that honor. Sickening to think about isn't it?
Congratulations for electing Mr Cool Beans. We are all so proud.

Sickening to think about isn't it?
Congratulations for electing Mr Cool Beans. We are all so proud.
You just can't let up of LLL and me being the same person... LLL is more creative; I'd have never thought of that name. Doesn't matter though raz, and Mr. Cool Beans? Interesting take though: you pounded me for wanting McCain, now you're accusing me of voting in our elected president. Now that's unique. Kind of thinking this blog site is too much for you -- you don't ever remember anything you've said to folks and it's up to us to go hunting for it but then that's the whole concept of why you post the way you do; spin away........... Unless I've a lot of time to waste, I'm not playing that game.

Raz, you're nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Whoa mama/luci, who is stalking who?? Mama/luci just named me five times in one short post. Hmmm. Just a little scary. But maybe it is me who should be "flattered". Not so much.
When have I or anyone insisted that either one of your voices, mama/luci, answer me or continue to ty to convince me you are right which you rarely are and the rest of it is just a wine glass full of blather. Usually when people get this upset it's because there is an element of truth to it. Time to take that deep breath of fresh air here. You're unraveling.
Do me a favor, since you are so quick to say how I and others on here just post lies after lies, let's hear about those lies. You say it so often you must have a whole host of lies that you can counter. Let's hear them. Maybe I will have to apologize, who knows?? But I'm willing to hear them, there is always that outside chance I might be wrong....I doubt it, but maybe.
Geez people, get a grip here. This is a blog site. If it's too much for you to handle then perhaps you should go watch dancing with stars or something.
Don't you wish that was the way luci? First, anyone belonging to AARP hopefully knows that their membership dues are going straight to the democratic party in contributions. They always support the Dems. So if you believe this article to be unbiased, think again. AARP spent millions of dollars on campaign ads during the 2006 and 2008 elections all slanted towards the dems. Not just one once in awhile, but a continuous ad blitz. So take this info with a grain of salt.
Some idiots on the left believe that "tax cuts" cost money when in reality the very opposite is true. Tax cuts create more revenue, not less. When people have more money in the pocket, money they earned, the more they spend and the more revenue flows into the coffers. That is proven. But they all want to gloss over that fact and take it as a negative because tax cuts also cut government power over the people. The left doesn't like that, they want BIGGER and BLOATED government to keep them in office.
The ony mistake the Republicans have made with this was not to beat the drum from the very beginning of this SPENDING PARTY that the BHO admin is conducting, he luvs those parties. Of any kind.

Prepare to scratch your head. The Republican budget plan. The one we had to wait over 9 years for and would only be 19 pages long. The one presented by George Bush errrr I mean John Mccain. Look at those numbers... Nothing new, its the same failed policy as Bush. Look at that debit it would create... What a disgrace, Mccain should be embarrassed he even stepped forward and put this budget proposal forward. Newt has it right when he warns of a 3rd party mutiny.....

Now, what do you do raz, stand your ground and not move because by God that nasty machine is going in the wrong direction (against the CORE belief (law)) and you let it mow you into the pavement, or do you wisely step out of the way because otherwise you will become pavement mud? Aw, man. I hate these train math problems!
If a train is heading east and leaves at 3:00 and another train is heading west and leaves...

Seriously, if you want to re-debate abortion, maybe you should start another thread, but I think it's been debated to ad nauseum on here. Your views and acceptance of killing babies is between you and GOD, not you and me. That's above my pay grade. I would have to pull up the last post from Craig when we discussed it before that said it all. It was an amazing display of what it means to destroy life. AND that is all I'm saying about that.
You're spinning again raz but basically what you're saying is you'd rather let the mother die? If you must, reread my prior post. Nothing was stated about being pro-choice but then you've got to try to make your point, don't you. Typical. And one of the reasons you are what you are. And you needed to make the print large why? I was saving space.

I and everyone else on here know the arguments that make you a "right wing nutjob" (your words). I'm sure all who post here know how quick on the draw you usually are to answer, so let's face it, you appeared very lily-livered in your disappearing act and you did post on other threads. If I'm not mistaken, lily-livered comes from the 3 stooges or an old cartoon. Oh heck, it comes from somewhere. Let's face it: I don't care if you are a "right wing nutjob" as that is your perogative; however, when you attempt to browbeat and demean others for their moderate stance on issues, that's where I, at least, draw the line because I as a moderate DO have core values. I just have the ability to be wisely flexible.

I do have to imagine that my illustration of pro-life left you a bit unknowing how to respond; 1) it might show you actually have an empathetic side in such horrible circumstances, or 2) steadfastly staying the course with no empathy will show you to be heartless, or 3) those who might know you will think less of you.
You and luci hate it when you can't convince people you are right so you don't know how to let it go. Just take a deep breath and let it go. You're spending way too much time worrying about what I think. I've already told you a hundred times and nothing has changed. I bet Thanksgiving dinners at your house is just a wrestling match. "AGREE WITH ME OR ELSE I WILL KEEP YOU PINNED TO THE FLOOR A-HOLE".... LOL Just kidding mama, I bet your dinners are wonderful.

Geez mama, had no idea I was so important to you. I thought I had pretty much said everything that could be said and what part of "I rest my case" did you not understand? You don't have to convince me but me thinks you protesth too much.
So, what is it you want me to say? I asked you what you thought made me such a right wing nutjob and you didn't answer, does that make you lily livered too?? Sorry, but that's funny. What is a lily-liver anyway so I know if I should be offended or not?
