Why do people care about Tina Fey... er Sarah Palin. Her 15 minutes is waaaaay over.
She will never be a viable candidate again for national office. Let her govern Seward's Icebox, raise her kids and just fade away...
Who at this point in the Republican party can be a viable candidate for the next Presidential cycle? Since some people are comparing him to one term Prez Carter, I do not really at this point in time see a Ronald Reagan type that could run. Lets see what happens over the next 3 years. There might not even be a country or world by then.

The Boston Herald reported that on Wednesday, before South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford's exact whereabouts were widely known, the Massachusetts senator mused to reporters the wrong elected official had dropped out of sight.
"Too bad if a governor had to go missing it couldn't have been the governor of Alaska," he said, according to the paper. "You know, Sarah Palin."
Palin herself, speaking to U.S. troops in Kosovo, responded Friday with a shot aimed straight for the face — literally.
"Then Sen. John Kerry makes this joke, I don't know if you saw this, but he makes this joke saying, 'Aw shoot, of all the governors in the nation who disappeared, too bad it couldn't have been that governor from Alaska…'" she said.
"But the way he said it, he looked quite frustrated, and he looked so sad, and I just wanted to reach out to the TV and say, 'John Kerry, why the long face?'"

Trading jokes, no, I believe Kerry out and out insulted Governor Palin taking a cheap shot at her for no apparent reason. She just "joked" back.  (winky,wink).
I think the double standard is the fact liberals don't think the conservatives should fight back. Just take the constant and vile personal attacks from the left and remain "above it" but that is exactly what President GW Bush did and what did that get him? It made liberals even more ignorant and they couldn't stop themselves, still can't. In fact, now that GWB is out of office the libs have turned all that hatred and mean spirited crap onto Governor Palin.
What was Kerry doing making a stupid and childish remark like that anyway? Who exactly does he think he is? If he felt so compelled to be snarky which he is, then why not make the comment about the Governor that he was discussing, why single out Governor Palin? What did she do to horse face...oops, did I say that? LOL, okay, couldn't help myself. She has a point. I personally think he resembles and sounds like Herman Munster, but that is JMHO -- before you libs jump on this...remember who fired the first shot, don't dish it out if you can't take it weenies.
Governor Palin will have no issue with sticking up for herself as you have seen in the past so a shrinking violet she will never be, get used to that. President Bush did take the high road and he got sliced and diced anyway so I say more power to her. President Whiney does it all the time, Fox News is mean, they tell the truth about me...wah...so what's good for the left is good for the right. You guys changed the rules of the game in the past 8 years and we're up to speed now. You betcha!!

Palin is knocked out of the political spotlight so she engineers a new fake scandal to draw attention to her and her family. Her attempts to use her family as some type of human shield is what is appalling. She takes them everywhere at taxpayers expense then gets busted and yes finally pays it back. She has them in the spotlight and thousands of photos taken and then cries when a picture is doctored. She is upset with Sanford I am sure since he is taking the spotlight for his indiscretion. Her attempt to stay in the political spotlight is what is interesting. Why is it Sanford is blasted for running away from his state and leaving it leaderless and she isn't in Alaska hardly at all. Did she transfer power? Is she still being paid taxpayer money while on her tour? Actually this is a good question for any politician not just one or two. If you are running a state maybe you should step down if you are going to run for office or go on tour. How about just relinquishing the reigns and not get paid either.

Palin is upset with a blogger who doctored a photo of herself and son Trig.
(CNN) – A week after a high-profile uproar with comedian David Letterman over the late-night host's joke about her daughter, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is again sharply responding to the appearance of her children in the public sphere.
Palin's latest response comes after liberal Alaskan Blogger Linda Kellen Biegel doctored a photograph of the former Republican presidential candidate with her 1-year-old son Trig, who suffers from Down Syndrome.
Biegel, who blogs in support of the Alaska Democratic Party under the name "Celtic Diva," superimposed a picture of conservative Alaskan radio host Eddie Burke over Trig's face in an apparent effort to show how close the radio host is with the Alaskan governor.
"Recently we learned of a malicious desecration of a photo of the Governor and baby Trig that has become an iconic representation of a mother's love for a special needs child," Palin spokeswoman Meghan Stapelton said in a statement provided to CNN. "The mere idea of someone doctoring the photo of a special needs baby is appalling."

Ummmm, the issue is you BIG Booty who does not know how to spell Avatar. There is no "attempt" there. It's the real deal. This is a photo he sat for, chose his own costume and his own props taken by a professional photographer because he really does think he's Mr Cool. Apparently he wasn't ashamed of it, why should you be? I think he looks kind of goofy but evidently he didn't. If there is any dishonor there he certainly brought it on himself, not me, I wasn't around when he made the decision. Again, that seems to be a problem with libs, never taking responsibility for their own actions.

Here is the back story....
Time Magazine has some photos of their man of the year, Presidential Elect Barack Obama, as a Freshman at Occidental college. The pictures were taken in 1980 by then-aspiring photographer Lisa Jack who recently dug the negatives out from her basement. She put her negatives of Obama, a whole roll of film, in a safety deposit box until after the election so the photos couldn’t be used against him in any way. One photo of Obama smoking looks like he could be smoking pot given the way he’s holding the cigarette. MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell asked Time editor Rick Stengel “what’s he smoking?”
Obama admitted to past marijuana and brief cocaine use in his first memoir, Dreams from My Father. Funny how the libs don't ever want to talk about the lefties addictions. Street drugs are beyond a recreational past time. BHO engaged in Cocaine, weed, and some other hard core stuff by his own admission, would have done more had he had the money. Evidenced for the fact he had his own dealer. He's obviously an addictive personality type, hard core drugs, smoking and now camera adulation. What the real question is what other addiction does he have that we don't know about because there usually are some hidden in his personality type profile. But he's so pretty isn't he??

Peering into the sex lives of teenagers, calling them vile names, worrying about their "virginity" really doesn't have a big payoff, it makes those who obsess about it look like fools, not the teens because everybody knows teenagers have mush for brains for the most part and tend to make some of their worst decisions in their lifetime during that period. He was under great pressure to do give a better apology because another big advertising sponsor threatened to pull out besides Embassy Suites, Olive Garden.(Even though he obviously didn't mean it or he wouldn't have to be told to do it or he wouldn't have said it in the first place. He was under great pressure to do give a better apology because another big advertising sponsor threatened to pull out besides Embassy Suites, Olive Garden.(Even though he obviously didn't mean it or he wouldn't have to be told to do it or he wouldn't have said it in the first place. It was scripted, not an off the cuff innocent mistake.)
So, keep defending the jerk because he's nothing more than a cheap shot slime ball, who puts women and children down to pump himself up is as low class as it gets and it shows up those who defend him to be in the same cesspool.
