We are going to the area tomorrow, so we will stop in, to see them. Inspections? Wow, I never heard of that. I guess if you like the place well enough, it'd be ok.
Looking for anything within a reasonable drive from Cambridge. Been there twice now, love the area, hope we can find a nice place to live. Thank you for your reply!

I lived at Chatham about 9 years or so ago. Rent kept going up and it was cheaper to buy a house, but I was in my 20's then. I had a one bedroom cathedral ceeling apartment that was nice, wern't very big but being single it didn't matter. You can hear RT50 if you open the windows. You can hear through the walls, but it's to be expected. They have a club house with a pool and exercise room. I lived there for three years so it must not have been too bad.
one thing I remeber: They often had inspections. I've had them come in when I was still in bed, as I worked nights. I'd let them in and go back to bed. I always kept the place spotless incase they stopped by. They would give you notice, but who likes cleaning at the last minute.
I liked the very high ceiling in the living room and kitchen, made it very open. I often did paintings to fill the space on the walls. The property manager liked them so much she always chose to show my apartment when someone was interested in renting.
You should stop by and ask them to show you an apartment.

Can anyone tell me about the apartments in Easton ?
I have looked at the websites and reviews for Chatham Village on Lauren Lane, and the Greens, across the street .
Any opinion on either of them? Looking for long term rental, we are in our 50's with 2 small dogs.
