Update, the guy pulled out due to a new job he took and could not devote 100% to the council Job. Stand up guy .

This guy wants to be a councilman for surprise. Read carefully the jobs portion of his website and see what he wants to do to the Sun Valley parkway. I hope you like trucks.

"Speaking of development in Surprise, I believe that Bell Road west of route 303 should be an “industrial parkway” where companies could establish their businesses.  This development of industrial land is much needed and should have happened a long time ago."
